What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, shipping address, and the names, birth months and titles you give us for personalization.
• Messages — anything you send through our contact form or by email, so we can answer you.
• Basic site data — standard server logs kept by our web host.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by the marketplace or payment processor you check out through.

Why we collect it

To make your print, send you a proof, ship your order, answer your questions, and keep records for tax and accounting.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to complete your order: our payment processor, the marketplace you ordered through, and shipping carriers. Contact form messages are delivered to us by Formspree, our form provider.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Marketing

Messages you send through this site are not added to any marketing list. If we ever start a mailing list, you would have to opt in yourself, and you could leave at any time.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and for reprinting if you come back for a matching piece. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is open and for a reasonable period after.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shop@siloes.com and we will confirm within one business day.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
