Processing time

Your proof is sent within 24–48 hours of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are proofed the next business day.

Once you approve your proof, we print and ship within one business day. Because nothing prints until you approve, the total time depends partly on how quickly you reply to your proof.

Delivery

Prints ship from Dallas, Texas by USPS. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Tracking is sent as soon as the label is created.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves us, transit time is in the carrier's hands.

Packaging

Flat prints ship in rigid mailers so they arrive unbent. Framed orders are wrapped in bubble and boxed.

Gift orders

Shipping to someone other than yourself? Enter the recipient's address at checkout and let us know if you'd like a gift note included. Prices are never printed on anything in the package.

Holiday deadlines

During December, order deadlines are posted on our shop announcement. If you are working toward a specific date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not moved for seven days, email shop@siloes.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier and work out a replacement with you.
