Who we are

Siloes Custom Gifts is a custom print business based in Dallas, Texas, operating since 2012. Our mailing address, email and phone number are listed at the bottom of every page.

Made to order

Everything we sell is a physical print, produced after you order. We do not sell digital files or downloads.

Proofs and approval

We send a proof before printing. By approving a proof you confirm that the spelling, names, dates, layout and title are correct as shown. We print exactly what you approve, so please read it carefully.

Revisions before approval are unlimited and free.

What you give us

You are responsible for having the right to use the names, photos and details you send us. Please don't send us anything you do not have permission to use.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout, including any applicable sales tax. Payment is taken at the time of order and is what allows us to begin work on your proof.

Colour and materials

Prints are produced on Red River Premium Matte 230, a 230gsm acid-free archival matte paper. Screens vary, so printed colour may differ slightly from what you see on your device. Frames are sold separately unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are set out on our Shipping & processing page. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The artwork, illustrations, layouts and text on this site and in our products are original to Siloes Custom Gifts. Buying a print gives you the print. It does not transfer the right to reproduce, resell or redistribute the artwork.

Limits

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
